La construcci¢n de la arquitectura organizativa en las entidades sin fines de lucro. El caso de las ONGD en Espa¤a

Abstract

El funcionamiento interno de las organizaciones siempre ha sido un tema considerado de inter‚s, pero muy poco tratado en la investigaci¢n. Son las ONGD, organizaciones que muestran una preocupaci¢n creciente por conseguir un dise¤o organizativo para su entidad que resulte adecuado para el desarrollo de su estrategia, el tama¤o de su organizaci¢n o los cambios del entorno. El objetivo del presente trabajo es valorar el equilibrio de las fuerzas organizativas en la construcci¢n de una arquitectura organizativa eficiente y, todo ello, bajo un enfoque de agencia. Los resultados del an lisis emp¡rico, llevado a cabo en las m s importantes ONGD espa¤olas durante el a¤o 2003, ponen de relieve la gran importancia de la influencia mutua de la delegaci¢n de derechos de decisi¢n, sistemas de incentivos y el uso de medidas de evaluaci¢n del rendimiento en el logro del equilibrio organizativo, lo que nos permite afirmar que, para el caso estudiado, la teor¡a se confirma.
