Abstract

Depuis quelques ann es, les modes de collecte d enqu te voluent fortement. Dans ce contexte, le recours des questionnaires auto-administr s se d veloppe rapidement, notamment pour une collecte par internet. Les questionnaires auto-administr s sont le plus souvent des m dias crits, impliquant une perception visuelle des enqu t s. Ils diff rent ce titre des questionnaires interm di s, qui font g n ralement appel la perception auditive. En outre, l absence d interm diation exige une grande pr cision et clart des questions. Ce document de travail expose les principes de conception de questionnaires auto-administr s, et les illustre par des exemples tir s d changes avec les concepteurs d enqu te au cours des ann es 2015 2020.
