Conception de questionnaires auto-administrés

Abstract

Depuis quelques années, les modes de collecte d’enquête évoluent fortement. Dans ce contexte, le recours à des questionnaires auto-administrés se développe rapidement, notamment pour une collecte par internet. Les questionnaires auto-administrés sont le plus souvent des médias écrits, impliquant une perception visuelle des enquêtés. Ils diffèrent à ce titre des questionnaires intermédiés, qui font généralement appel à la perception auditive. En outre, l’absence d’intermédiation exige une grande précision et clarté des questions. Ce document de travail expose les principes de conception de questionnaires auto-administrés, et les illustre par des exemples tirés d’échanges avec les concepteurs d’enquête au cours des années 2015 à 2020.
