Exploitation de l'enquête expérimentale Qualité de vie au travail

Abstract

Afin d'accumuler de la connaissance et de bien cerner les difficultés méthodologiques que pose la collecte par Internet ou multimode auprès des ménages, l'Insee a programmé sur plusieurs années un plan d'expérimentations. L'enquête expérimentale (web/papier) "Qualité de la vie au travail (QVT)" est l'une de ces expérimentations, réalisée en 2013, en parallèle de l'enquête "Conditions de travail (CT)". L'objectif est de comparer les réponses à ces deux enquêtes. Après contrôle des différences de sélection entre les deux enquêtes, certaines variables présentent néanmoins toujours des écarts importants qui peuvent relever de la sélection non contrôlée ou de la mesure. La substitution d'une enquête en face à face par une enquête auto-administrée sur ce type de sujet paraît ainsi délicate. De plus, les traitements correctifs par calages devraient être nettement différenciés selon la nature des variables d'intérêt ce qui rend difficile la fourniture d'un jeu de pondérations unique.
