Análisis estratégico de ramas de actividad prioritarias. Rama textil

Abstract

La rama textil marplatense representa, según datos del último Censo Nacional Económico un 13% del valor agregado industrial del Partido y un 16% de la ocupación declarada. Si se observan los datos ajustados por subdeclaración, este sector de actividad pasa a tener el 21% del Valor Agregado industrial del PGP y el 31% del personal ocupado. Ello muestra el alto nivel de actividades no registradas relacionadas al sector, que pueden tener su origen en trabajos realizados en el hogar ya sea para consumidor final o como subcontratistas de productos terminados, partes o etapas del proceso productivo de terceras empresas, así como en la subdeclaración de los establecimientos censales. Ello pone de manifiesto la importancia del sector como generador de fuentes de trabajo, aún cuando dicha información no se encuentre habitualmente incluida en la estadísticas económicas ni totalmente analizadas las interrelaciones entre la economía registrada y no registrada.
