Abstract

Las tradicionales formas de calificar al personal, desde el punto de vista del empleo, han sufrido modificaciones sustanciales en los últimos tiempos. Por ello, en este trabajo se intenta -sin desechar totalmente anteriores métodos- mostrar nuevos paradigmas que implican una visualización más abarcativa y profunda entendida como premisa para determinar no solo el potencial del empleado sino también las posibilidades de éxito en su desarrollo individual y colectivo.
