Abstract

Es innegable la importancia que ha adquirido la producción orgánica en nuestro país y el destino de la misma al exterior. Pero dado que parte de esa producción se vuelca al mercado interno y que el conocimiento acerca de sus componentes es impreciso, el objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar las características de dicho mercado y el perfil del consumidor argentino de alimentos orgánicos, con especial énfasis en la información que los mismos poseen acerca de los orgánicos y los canales de compra que eligen para su adquisición.
