Las razones de la emoción en los procesos de decisión

Abstract

El propósito de este trabajo es analizar y describir el proceso de toma de decisiones estratégica en las organizaciones, vinculando el nivel individual con el organizacional en sus dimensiones racionales y emocionales a través de un modelo. Se construye el marco teórico del trabajo a partir de la Teoría de la Organización con algunos aportes nuevos desde fuera de la disciplina (inteligencia emocional), en una integración que reúne aspectos de los dos paradigmas contemporáneos dominantes: el imperio de la Razón y el del Caos.
