Las PyMES para las normas contables o las normas contables para las PyME

Abstract

Nuestra presentación no tiene la pretensión de ofrecer la solución perfecta y definitiva a un tema que es de preocupación general en nuestra practica profesional, las Normas Contables Profesionales y las PyME, pero consideramos que lo expuesto derivado de la experiencia y de indagación de información internacional, puede constituir un elemento de debate y de futura búsqueda de soluciones. La nuestra es un propuesta dialogal, que ofrecemos a nuestros colegas, desarrollando en principio el marco de encuadre mundial de la Pequeña y Mediana y Empresa. Tratando luego de evidenciar la gran brecha que separa a las Normas Contables Legales obligatorias para la emisión de los estados contables básicos, de las Normas Contables Profesionales, y el impacto de esta realidad en la PyME. Remarcamos los tratamientos diferenciales existentes en las Normas Contables Profesionales vigentes y en los Proyectos de Reformas. A raíz del análisis de los Proyectos de Resoluciones Técnicas y la inminente posibilidad de su próxima vigencia, las autoras del trabajo proponen dispensas a la aplicación de las mismas y un tratamiento normativo diferenciado para las PyME.
