Abstract

El estudio analiza cómo el modelo de urbanización basado en urbanizaciones cerradas ha reconfigurado el patrón de crecimiento regional en el Partido de General Pueyrredon y su área de influencia, evaluando el rol de la movilidad y la accesibilidad -tanto en términos de infraestructura vial como de conectividad funcional- en la localización de emprendimientos residenciales y en el asentamiento de actividades complementarias que consolidan estos espacios.
