Las carreras de Contador Público en universidades públicas argentinas y la formación profesional orientada al sector público

Abstract

El presente trabajo indaga sobre la formación en las carreras de Contador Público (CP) y su contribución al desarrollo de competencias para la mejora y fortalecimiento del Sector Público. Se examinaron los planes de estudio de universidades públicas argentinas acreditadas por la Comisión Nacional de Evaluación y Acreditación Universitaria (CONEAU) y se utilizó un enfoque cualitativo basado en el análisis documental. Se identificaron los contenidos curriculares vinculados al sector público en la Resolución Ministerial 3.400 (2017) y se constató una escasa presencia de contenidos vinculados estrictamente a él. Además, se evaluó el perfil del egresado de carreras acreditadas y su orientación hacia el sector público. Aunque no se hallaron diferencias significativas en la carga horaria de formación específica, sí se observaron variaciones en la distribución de áreas temáticas según el perfil del egresado.
