Transformación digital en la industria naval del Partido de General Pueyrredon: análisis de caso

Abstract

A nivel global, cada vez más sectores industriales están incorporando las tecnologías 4.0 en sus procesos productivos, incluyendo la actividad naval. Sin embargo, en Argentina la difusión de estas tecnologías es aún incipiente. El objetivo de esta tesina es analizar el proceso de transformación digital en el sector naval, con énfasis en los factores asociados al mismo. Para cumplir este propósito, se llevó a cabo una investigación de tipo cualitativo, la cual utiliza datos primarios y secundarios; donde se realizó un estudio de caso dual con empresas del Partido de General Pueyrredon (PGP). Este análisis se desarrolló a los fines de comparar las diferencias entre los distintos eslabones de la cadena de valor; y para este propósito se realizaron entrevistan en profundidad a un astillero y a un navalpartista.
