Manifestaciones del Post Turismo en Chapadmalal: una aproximación al discurso del sector inmobiliario

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar una aproximación al discurso del sector inmobiliario en Chapadmalal, en tanto actor con poder que genera transformaciones territoriales en el marco del post turismo. La metodología implementada es cualitativa y se basa en un análisis de las racionalidades presentes en el discurso. Los resultados preliminares demuestran que en los principales discursos utilizados por los desarrolladores inmobiliarios se apela a una racionalidad económico-financiera, aunque también ambiental y comunitaria.
