Abstract

El documento reflexiona acerca de las desigualdades sociales, generacionales y de género derivadas de un inadecuado acceso al derecho a la ciudad. Esta es una de las aristas relevantes que inciden en el bienestar, entendido desde perspectivas multidimensionales, superando las miradas economicistas. El foco está puesto en el ejercicio de ese derecho por parte del grupo poblacional de niñeces y adolescencias en una zona específica de la ciudad de Mar del Plata: El Puerto. Dada la importancia económica y la trama social de esta zona, interesa caracterizar la disponibilidad y distribución de espacios públicos destinados al juego y la recreación, y su accesibilidad para las niñeces y adolescencias, así como también, la oferta institucional de espacios para acompañar a quienes se hallan en estado de indefensión, ya sea a través de dispositivos específicos de protección y cuidado, como también educativos, recreativos y de promoción de derechos.
