Viña Casablanca: un caso exitoso de evolución de emprendimiento vitivinícola chileno

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio de caso es conocer las prácticas de una pyme para salir al mercado internacional y mantenerse en él, con todas las complicaciones que de esto resulta. Particularmente, trata de un estudio que muestra el caso de una pequeña vitivinícola chilena y su emprendimiento internacional al producir vinos para nichos particulares en un proceso de internacionalización complejo, dinámico y donde la competencia es dura. Dada su metodología de carácter descriptivo, busca sistematizar e interpretar datos en torno al mercado vitivinícola chileno y cómo se vincula con los contextos globales en lo que se refiere a la internacionalización de esta pyme. Entre los hallazgos más importantes, se encuentra la diferenciación del producto y la realización de vinos "de autor" para asegurar la competitividad de esta industria.
