Hacia un enfoque holístico de la ambidestreza: el Cuadro de Mando Ambidiestro en el sector hotelero de Puebla, México

Abstract

La ambidestreza organizacional se ha consolidado como un tópico de gran relevancia en la literatura académica, que resalta la necesidad de integrarla tanto en la estructura como en la estrategia organizacional. De ahí, la importancia de adoptar enfoques que promuevan su tratamiento integral en lugar de abordarla de manera aislada o fragmentada. En consecuencia, el presente estudio tiene como propósito analizar la ambidestreza organizacional en los hoteles de cuatro estrellas de la Ciudad de Puebla y su gestión mediante el Cuadro de Mando Integral. Los resultados destacan cómo un enfoque integral u holístico facilita el monitoreo y la gestión integrada de las actividades tanto de explotación como de exploración, al proporcionar una visión global que promueve la toma de decisiones.
