La horticultura marplatense y los retos comerciales ante la actual distribución alimentaria: una referencia al desarrollo agrícola del sureste andaluz y a las agrupaciones de productores para la comercialización

Abstract

En este trabajo se analiza la horticultura en el cinturón marplatense. El interés por buscar mejores formas de producción y organización comercial nos ha conducido a elaborar un estudio comparativo con el sector hortícola en el sureste de Andalucía, del que podemos encontrar ciertos esquemas válidos de cara al desarrollo futuro de esta actividad en Argentina, especialmente ante las transformaciones actuales en la cadena agroalimentaria. Estos cambios en la demanda inciden de manera importante en un sector como las hortalizas para consumo en fresco, y determinan que la asociación a nivel de productores para la comercialización constituya un factor fundamental en su desarrollo y sostenimiento.
