Precios minoristas en pescaderías de Mar del Plata

Abstract

En el marco de la sostenida aceleración en el nivel general de precios en Argentina, este informe presenta un incipiente registro de los precios minoristas de los principales pescados. Se llevó a cabo un relevamiento de precios de pescado que ofrecen dos cadenas de pescaderías de la ciudad de Mar del Plata desde el 1 de enero de este año hasta la actualidad, conformando un registro de variaciones tanto semanales como mensuales. Preliminarmente, se observa que la evolución de precios del pescado en el mercado local acompaña la dinámica de precios del resto de los alimentos, aunque se registraron particularidades en algunas semanas.
