Transitando el camino de la transformación digital: lecciones de la industria automotriz argentina

Abstract

La industria automotriz es a nivel global uno de los sectores con mayor adopción de tecnologías 4.0. Nos proponemos comprender el alcance y las características del proceso de transformación digital en la industria automotriz argentina, con énfasis en el segmento autopartista. Utilizamos un abordaje metodológico cualitativo. Los principales resultados indican que la utilización de tecnologías digitales es una condición necesaria para participar de la cadena de valor automotriz; no obstante, existen heterogeneidades en cuanto a su adopción entre firmas. Se destaca el rol clave de las políticas sectoriales en este proceso y el artículo busca también hacer un aporte en dicha línea.
