Segregación ocupacional: un análisis a partir de las dinámicas laborales argentinas entre 2011-2022

Abstract

Esta investigación pretende caracterizar la evolución de la segregación ocupacional por razones de género en Argentina entre el 2011 y el 2022. De esta forma, se analiza el índice de feminización para conocer el grado de concentración de las mujeres en cada una de las ramas de ocupación a partir de las dinámicas del mercado de trabajo. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran la persistencia en la concentración por sexo de las ramas ocupacionales. Las ocupaciones que concentran mayor proporción de mujeres son las que se relacionan con las tareas de cuidados y actividades domésticas: servicio doméstico, enseñanza y servicios sociales y de salud.
