Heterogeneidad salarial en Argentina según la modalidad de inserción laboral: un análisis del período 2003-2019

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se estudia la evolución de los salarios reales en Argentina para el período comprendido entre 2003 y 2019, con el objeto de determinar la forma en que los mecanismos institucionales de regulación laboral impactaron sobre las remuneraciones de los distintos segmentos del mercado de trabajo según la modalidad de inserción -empleo registrado y no registrado-. Los principales resultados demuestran que en aquellas etapas donde se reivindicó el papel del Estado como mediador de la relación laboral, se exhibió una recomposición significativa del poder adquisitivo de los trabajadores, junto a una mayor homogeneización de la estructura salarial.
