Análisis de las externalidades vinculadas al uso de los caminos rurales en el Municipio de General Pueyrredon (MGP)

Abstract

Esta comunicación presenta avances parciales de una Beca de Investigación otorgada por el Consejo Interuniversitario Nacional (2022-2023). Se describen las externalidades vinculadas al uso de los caminos rurales del Municipio de General Pueyrredon, partiendo del reconocimiento de diversos grupos de usuarios de la red terciaria, con necesidades de tránsito y cargas diferentes. A tal fin, se realiza un abordaje metodológico cualitativo con complementos cuantitativos. La interdependencia de las acciones de los agentes involucrados en el tránsito genera externalidades que incrementan los costos de los sectores productivos, limitando el desarrollo productivo del sector y reduciendo, en consecuencia, su competitividad.
