Transformación digital en la industria automotriz argentina

Abstract

Los avances de la producción mundial en el marco de la 4ta. Revolución Industrial se caracterizan por la incorporación de tecnologías digitales en la industria. La industria automotriz presenta uno de los mayores niveles de adopción de tecnologías 4.0 a nivel global (Arcidiacono et al., 2019; Basco et al., 2018; Bhatia & Kumar, 2020; Kosacoff, 2021). El objetivo general del trabajo es comprender el alcance y las características del proceso de transformación digital (TD) en la industria automotriz argentina, con especial énfasis en el segmento de PyMEs autopartistas. El estudio del caso argentino permite aproximarnos al fenómeno de la TD en la industria automotriz desde la perspectiva de los países emergentes. Los objetivos específicos son: (i) analizar el grado de alcance y las características de la TD en la industria automotriz argentina, con énfasis en los autopartistas; (ii) analizar los factores críticos que favorecen u obstaculizan dicho proceso; y (iii) analizar el rol del sistema institucional en el proceso de TD.
