Abstract

El presente capítulo aborda la diversidad en el trabajo con el propósito de impulsar la reflexión sobre sus principales desafíos en las organizaciones actuales de Argentina. Específicamente, una lectura comprensiva de este capítulo permitirá: a. Comprender la diversidad en el trabajo como un concepto multi-dimensional y reconocer sus diferentes manifestaciones en las organizaciones. b. Entender los beneficios que se derivan de contar con un capital humano diverso, además de los posibles riesgos que pueden derivarse de su gestión inadecuada. c. Caracterizar la diversidad generacional, de género y cultural en las organizaciones. d. Reflexionar en torno a los desafíos implicados en la gestión de los distintos tipos de diversidad. e. Comprender la importancia de diseñar un programa de gestión de la diversidad en las organizaciones.
