Plantel de jugadores de fútbol del Club Atlético Boca Juniors: tratamiento contable

Abstract

El plantel de jugadores de futbol profesional (derechos de pase) constituye para las instituciones deportivas ligadas a este deporte el principal rubro de su activo. Algunos clubes que forman jugadores, directamente no le asignan valor alguno a este "activo", ni lo hacen respecto de sus políticas de formación y desarrollo, que son las que posibilitan la transformación de amateur en profesional, descubriendo así nuevos talentos. Ambos deberían reconocerse. Este trabajo analiza el tratamiento contable dado al plantel de jugadores de fútbol por parte de Boca Juniors, haciendo foco en la medición y exposición contable de dichos activos, analizando los EE.CC de los periodos 2013-2014, 2015-2016 y 2018-2019, a los que se pudo acceder. La masa de costos de formación de jugadores está incorporada como activo y separadamente expone el valor de sus jugadores formados una vez que adquieren la categoría de profesionales. También existe una cuenta "derechos del fútbol amateur" que refleja el valor de jugadores juveniles adquiridos a otros clubes para continuar su formación. Mientras aquellos integrantes del plantel cuya venta ya está asegurada o se tiene intención de venderlos se exponen aparte dentro del activo intangible con el nombre de "Derechos de fútbol profesional destinados a la venta".
