Reflexiones sobre el desarrollo en la pospandemia

Abstract

El ensayo propone un conjunto de reflexiones en torno al concepto de Desarrollo, analizado desde la perspectiva del Pensamiento Complejo, en el contexto de la pandemia por COVID 19. El modelo vigente de desarrollo tiene por impulso la producción permanente de innovaciones tecnológicas sin resolver la situación de los grupos sociales marginados que no logran satisfacer sus necesidades fundamenta- les, a la vez que se generan impactos que amenazan las condiciones de vida en el planeta. La racionalidad económica dominante avanza sobre los más diversos aspectos de la vida y resulta necesario superarla, a favor de una vida más armónica con la Naturaleza y con los otros. La pandemia agrava la situación de esta crisis global y civilizatoria, pero genera una oportunidad para repensar el sendero del Desarrollo.
