Cuarentena: tres situaciones laborales, múltiples problemáticas individuales

Abstract

Como veremos en estas páginas, durante la fase 2 de la cuarentena se destacaron tres situaciones laborales entre aquellas personas que habitualmente trabajan: 1) quienes trabajaban en el lugar de siempre; 2) quienes trabajaban desde el hogar y 3) quienes no podían trabajar. Los diferentes puestos que ocupan cada uno de los trabajadores y trabajadoras, junto con la realidad personal y familiar a la que se enfrentan, hace que dentro de estas tres situaciones se presenten múltiples problemáticas relacionadas con el trabajo, los ingresos y el cuidado de menores o adultos mayores dependientes. En todas ellas, las mujeres y los trabajadores por cuenta propia son quienes se encuentran más perjudicados. Hacer visibles las inequidades que se potenciaron con el ASPO representa el objetivo de las siguientes páginas.
