El impacto de la doble crisis de la prepandemia y la pandemia en las tendencias ocupacionales en Argentina (2003-2020)

Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es analizar la evolución del mercado de trabajo y las categorías ocupacionales de Argentina en una perspectiva de mediano plazo (2003-2020). Este recorte temporal busca indagar el impacto de la doble crisis prepandemia y pandemia en un contexto más amplio que permita dar cuenta de la relación entre la dinámica ocupacional y las políticas económicas de diferente direccionalidad. La observación conjunta de la evolución de las tasas básicas del mercado de trabajo y de las categorías ocupacionales, nos permitirá dar cuenta de algunas modificaciones operadas en la estructura ocupacional y a partir de ellas interpretar los significados de algunas dinámicas sociales recientes.
