Abstract

Es fundamental estudiar los cambios que la pandemia del COVID-19 ha ocasionado en el trabajo, así como los efectos que estas transformaciones han tenido sobre la salud ocupacional de las personas en las organizaciones. Específicamente, este Informe de Práctica Tutoriada se propone analizar esta problemática en el contexto del Colegio Musical IDRA, con el propósito adicional de identificar posibles estrategias que contribuyan a mejorar la calidad de vida de sus trabajadores en este tiempo de pandemia.
