Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar las tendencias observadas en el consumo de alimentos y en la elección de canales de compra de los hogares residentes en el Municipio de General Pueyrredon (MGP), durante el aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio (ASPO). A partir de una fuente primaria de datos, se avanza en la respuesta a la pregunta de investigación ¿cómo ha impactado la Pandemia COVID-19 en el comportamiento de los consumidores y en sus hábitos alimentarios?
