El uso de TICs mejora el desempeño de las empresas industriales de General Pueyrredon

Abstract

Las medidas de aislamiento social obligatorio preventivo vigentes desde marzo, con la consecuente interrupción de numerosas actividades productivas y comerciales, requieren poner en juego nuevas capacidades y exigieron decisiones flexibles por parte de las empresas. La adaptación al nuevo escenario, al menos en un primer momento, asumió dos formas: el traslado del trabajo desde la empresa a los hogares por un lado y la necesidad de vinculación con los clientes a través de medios digitales. Ambos elementos encontraron a las empresas en situaciones desiguales, no sólo por especificidades de la actividad, sino por el distinto uso previo a la pandemia de Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TICs) en general y de Software y Servicios Informáticos (SSI) en particular.
