Abstract

La presente práctica tutoriada "Sustentabilidad laboral en la Cooperativa Nuevo Amanecer: La transición de empleado a dueño" busca analizar el contexto social, económico y político de la empresa recuperada elegida como objeto de análisis, así como realizar un análisis interno de la organización y el proceso llevado a cabo desde su formación como cooperativa. Se evaluarán los principios cooperativos, la historia de los movimientos de empresas recuperadas a fin de entender cuál es la estrategia adquirida por la empresa en estudio y realizar una propuesta que garantice sustentabilidad y un proceso de transición armónico de empleados a dueños.
