Planes de negocios: normativa e incumbencia profesional en Argentina

Abstract

En Argentina el Plan de Negocios ha sido incluido en los planes de estudios de carreras del ámbito de las ciencias económicas y administración, reconociendo su utilidad como herramienta. Recientemente se ha emitido una normativa, para los profesionales en ciencias económicas, que regula su contenido y formato, aclarando conceptos y definiendo términos. Asimismo se establece la incumbencia profesional exclusiva de los Licenciados en Administración para la emisión su opinión sobre la información contenida en un Plan de Negocios. En este trabajo se analizará la normativa mencionada normativa destacando aciertos y señalando debilidades.
