Participación y segregación ocupacional de mujeres y varones en Argentina (2003 y 2017): ¿evolución o estancamiento?

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar la evolución de las brechas de género en el mercado de trabajo entre 2003 y 2017 frente a la participación diferencial que se ha dado en las últimas décadas. La fuente de datos es la Encuesta Permanente de Hogares (EPH) y centramos el estudio en los cuartos trimestres y en la población de 15 a 64 años, dado que los indicadores calculados para este grupo resultan son más sensibles a los cambios que si utilizáramos al total de población.
