Abstract

La mesa experimental "Valoración del kiwi producido en el Sudeste de la Provincia de Buenos Aires" tuvo carácter exploratorio y constituye una prueba piloto de algunas de las actividades del Proyecto "Agregando valor a la producción de kiwi del Sudeste de la Provincia de Buenos Aires: análisis de calidad, comercialización y consumo". El objetivo de la actividad fue analizar la variación de la valoración del kiwi producido en la Región por parte de los participantes a medida que los mismos recibían información. A tal fin, los participantes mediante una propuesta con matices lúdicos debían responder una encuesta que contenía preguntas referidas a cuánto estaban dispuestos a pagar por kiwis de distinto origen -Sudeste Bonaerense y Chile- frente a diferentes estímulos. También se les preguntaba la edad y el nivel educativo. La experiencia tuvo una duración de 40 minutos aproximadamente y participaron 34 asistentes, en su mayoría adolescentes.
