Capacitación de personal y necesidades laborales de la industria del PGP

Abstract

El objetivo de este informe es describir las características de la fuerza laboral actual de las empresas industriales del Partido de General Pueyrredon (PGP), en términos de nivel de educación y adopción de cursos de capacitación, así como conocer la demanda de mano de obra por parte de estas empresas, y los problemas a los que se enfrentan en la búsqueda de personal. Se entiende que la falta de personal calificado es para las empresas una restricción a su crecimiento actual y potencial y, en consecuencia, al desarrollo regional.
