Análisis descriptivo-exploratorio del comportamiento de las empresas exportadoras de la industria de langostino argentino

Abstract

El objetivo del informe es describir el comportamiento de los grupos empresarios que desembarcan, procesan y exportan langostino argentino. Se utilizaron registros de la Subsecretaría de Pesca y Acuicultura (SSPyA), perteneciente al Ministerio de Agroindustria (MinAgri), y del Servicio Nacional de Sanidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria (SENASA). Se aplicó de manera descriptiva el método multivariado Análisis de Componentes Principales (ACP) sobre los datos de 64 unidades de exportación correspondientes al año 2012. Se identificaron seis patrones de comportamiento diferentes que se agrupan de acuerdo a las componentes principales denominados "producción de gran escala de langostino y exportaciones a los principales mercados", "exportaciones diversificadas en especies y países de destino" y "exportaciones especializadas en langostino y en el mercado de EEUU".
