Tasa para el mantenimiento de la red vial ¿Es posible su aplicación en el Partido de General Pueyrredon?

Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda el análisis de la viabilidad de implementar una tasa para el mantenimiento de la red vial dentro del Partido de General Pueyrredon. La creación de dicha tasa implicará su aplicación sobre la recarga de combustible en las estaciones de servicio radicadas en el partido de General Pueyrredon, para ser afectada en forma directa y exclusiva al mantenimiento de toda la red vial del municipio (calles de tierra y engranzadas, calles pavimentadas, cordón y media calle), agregando al valor del combustible un porcentaje determinado para esta tasa. Las sumas recaudadas serán percibidas, en su carácter de agente de recaudación, por la estación de servicio dónde se efectúe el consumo, quién deberá con posterioridad ingresar dicha suma a las arcas de la municipalidad.
