Acerca de los consumidores de aceite de oliva del sudoeste bonaerense

Abstract

El aceite de oliva (AO) originario del Sudoeste Bonaerense (SOB) es de calidad diferenciada debido a las condiciones favorables del suelo y del clima de la zona y a la experiencia de los productores. Varios AO de la Región han sido galardonados con premios nacionales e internacionales. Durante julio y agosto del año 2015, se realizó una encuesta exploratoria en la Ciudad de Bahía Blanca. El relevamiento cubrió distintos barrios y se encuestó a personas de diferente sexo, edad y nivel de educación.
