Riesgos psicosociales del trabajo. Estudio sobre el trabajo docente universitario

Abstract

Tomando como base el Modelo de Demandas y Recursos Laborales (Bakker & Demerouti, 2007; Demerouti, Bakker, Nachreiner & Schaufeli, 2001) se abordan los riesgos psicosociales y factores saludables percibidos por los trabajadores. Este modelo se encuadra dentro del paradigma de la Psicología de la Salud Ocupacional Positiva que sostiene que la salud laboral no implica solamente la ausencia de enfermedad en los empleados sino que requiere la aplicación de acciones que desarrollen el CPP (Capital Psicológico Positivo). Dichas demandas y recursos serán evaluados en función del nivel de engagement que presenten los trabajadores que participaran en esta investigación, que se manifiesta por un estado mental positivo, de realización, relacionado con el trabajo que se caracteriza por vigor, dedicación y absorción (Salanova & Schaufeli, 2009) y que está ampliamente relacionado con la salud psicofísica de los trabajadores. Es uno de los indicadores del CPP en lo que concierne a la relación que el empleado mantiene con su tarea. Se trata de un estudio que está en vías de ejecución por el grupo GIPSIL (Grupo de Investigación en Psicología Laboral) de la Facultad de Psicología de la UNMDP, donde se está aplicando el instrumento UWES (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale), el COPSOQ-ISTAS 21 y entrevistas semiestructuradas.
