Parque Industrial y Tecnológico Mar del Plata-Batán. Informe sobre necesidades comunes de infraestructura y servicios

Abstract

Durante los meses de Mayo y Junio de 2017 se trabajó en un Relevamiento a empresas localizadas en el Parque Industrial (PI) y firmas que son propietarias de un lote dentro de él. El objetivo del mismo fue recolectar información sobre necesidades de infraestructura y servicios del PI, y sobre características generales de las empresas instaladas y por instalarse en el mismo. Para alcanzar dicho objetivo, se recopilaron diferentes bases de datos sobre las empresas del PI y se trabajó en unificar y contrastar dicha información con el objetivo último de obtener un listado final de empresas. El mismo fue luego validado, para el caso de las firmas dentro del PI, con la realización de un barrido. En paralelo, se completó el listado con información de contacto para cada empresa, y se actualizó la base de empresas considerando cambios de razón social y cierres. Asimismo, se diseñaron tres cuestionarios diferentes: uno para las empresas ya localizadas en el PI (empresas "dentro" del PI), uno para las firmas aún no instaladas en el PI (empresas "fuera" del PI), y uno para los trabajadores que asisten al PI. En el operativo de campo participaron tres encuestadores y un coordinador general, y en la mayoría de los casos se realizaron entrevistas personales con los empresarios. El presente documento incluye un resumen ejecutivo que sintetiza los principales resultados encontrados, que luego son presentados individualmente y de forma detallada.
