Abstract

En este trabajo se revisan algunos momentos del sistema institucional argentino haciendo énfasis en su evolución en el período de la posconvertibilidad, junto con una revisión de experiencias internacionales que se consideran importantes a modo de complementar el estudio. El objetivo de esta investigación consiste en analizar las condiciones necesarias para una política industrial integral que actúe sobre los elementos que configuran el sistema de innovación (los ámbitos científico, tecnológico, productivo y financiero), teniendo en cuenta sus características territoriales. Al mismo tiempo, también plantea la necesidad de fomentar las interrelaciones entre los elementos del sistema de innovación, con eje en la cooperación, y potenciar la dimensión exterior del sistema y sus conexiones internacionales.
