El papel de la negociación colectiva salarial en la posconvertibilidad y los desafíos actuales

Abstract

Desde el año 2006, de la mano del fuerte crecimiento del producto y la recuperación del empleo, la negociación colectiva fue el principal mecanismo a través del cual se pautaron los incrementos salariales. Esta herramienta, que operó de manera heterogénea en los distintos sectores de la economía, parece enfrentarse hoy a fuertes limitaciones en un nuevo escenario macroeconómico. En esta sección se analiza la dinámica de la negociación salarial desde 2002 y se plantean las dificultades actuales, resaltando la importancia de sostener las reivindicaciones salariales en tiempos de crisis.
