Abstract

Este trabajo analiza los aspectos políticos y sociales del pensamiento de la CEPAL a partir de los primeros documentos publicados en la década de 1950. Se presta especial interés al rol atribuido al Estado; la distribución de la propiedad y del ingreso; el régimen de tenencia de la tierra y otras condiciones generales de las sociedades latinoamericanas que planteaban la necesidad de reformas políticas y sociales.
