Corredores bioceánicos. Algunas reflexiones sobre el proceso de transformación

Abstract

Al crearse el proceso de integración entre distintos países y emprender proyectos comunes, se ponen en evidencia determinados desequilibrios frente a algunos temas. Las diferentes economías regionales se presentan como simples destinatarios de estos proyectos, pero no logran una participación completa en el desarrollo y diseño de los programas. En este trabajo se analizarán algunas de las pautas más usuales para el bosquejo, manejo y gestión de los corredores. Se trata de examinar los impactos que afectan a las distintas vías de conexión y las alternativas de moderación existentes, así como tomar en cuenta su vulnerabilidad y los costos para reducirla. También se elaboran ciertas propuestas para desarrollar la gestión ambiental de los corredores.
