Mercado de trabajo y relaciones laborales en Argentina entre 2003-2013. Avances y temas pendientes

Abstract

Se propone reflexionar acerca de las tendencias observadas respecto a la dinámica del empleo y las relaciones laborales en el período 2003-2013, etapa en la que se conjugan una recuperación de la capacidad del Estado para administrar ciertas variables claves de la economía y la revitalización de las organizaciones sindicales. En línea con estas tendencias, indagamos cuales son los condicionantes para sostener un proceso de formalización del empleo -y por tanto, de mejora en la calidad del empleo-, de reducción del desempleo y del incremento de los ingresos laborales, considerando al mismo tiempo, el impacto de estos condicionantes en el desempeño de las relaciones laborales durante el período 2003-2013.
