Industria pesquera de la región bonaerense

Abstract

Se analizaron y compararon los resultados obtenidos en los censos nacionales industriales pesqueros realizados en los años 1982, 1987 y 1996, enfatizando las variables estructurales de las plantas pesqueras de la Región Bonaerense. Las variables analizadas fueron: número de plantas, organización y planeamiento, empleo, capacidades de producción, inversión, comercialización y calidad. Se censaron 176 empresas/plantas, que ocuparon en diciembre de 1996, 8.233 personas en forma permanente. La industria pesquera bonaerense trabajó al 70% de su ocupación potencial.
