La negociación colectiva como estrategia para enfrentar el trabajo informal. Una mirada desde la Sociología Económica

Abstract

El artículo analiza cómo algunos actores de la negociación colectiva trazan estrategias para erradicar o prevenir el trabajo informal -en sus distintas variantes conceptuales-. Desde la mirada de la Sociología económica estas acciones sociales están imbricadas en la estructura social, aunque fuera del marco legal. Sin embargo, tanto instituciones como actores reconocen su existencia y tratan, a través de ciertos mecanismos legales, de poner freno a esas prácticas. En la primera parte se esbozan distintas conceptualizaciones del trabajo informal, luego se analizaron los principales postulados de Durkheim y Weber sobre estas temáticas, en tercer lugar se exponen cuáles fueron los actores que acordaron pautas para combatir esta problemática y por último se muestran las conclusiones a las que se han arribado.
