Incidencia de la desigualdad sobre la integración laboral y educativa de jóvenes [varones y mujeres] versus adultos. Un estudio a nivel país para el período 2003-2013

Abstract

Este trabajo se propone caracterizar para el período 2003-2013 la integración al mercado laboral y al sistema educativo de los jóvenes [varones y mujeres] de entre 18 y 24 años versus los adultos [adultos jóvenes] que a los fines de este trabajo hemos asociado al rango etario 30-45 años. La finalidad perseguida con esta ponencia es aportar evidencia en torno al esfuerzo adicional que supone diseñar políticas de contención e inclusión social para los jóvenes [diferenciadas de las diseñadas para adultos] dada la necesidad de atender no solo aspectos que hacen a la condición juvenil sino también a cuestiones vinculadas a la desigualdad de origen.
