Abstract

El presente trabajo se inscribe en la necesidad de problematizar y repensar la problemática del Trabajo Infantil, existente en la zona puerto-sur de la ciudad de Mar del Plata. Si bien es posible evidenciar una amplia institucionalidad que aporta a su prevención y erradicación -sustentada en una amplia base normativa generada en la década del 2000, y que se expresa en sentidos complementarios con pautas para su tratamiento- parece ser insuficiente para morigerar o reducir, en lo concreto, la presencia de esta práctica social.
