Abstract

La política industrial es un instrumento del que se dota el Estado para fomentar el progreso y el bienestar de los ciudadanos, por lo que ha de estar al servicio de los objetivos globales del país. Una vez decidido el orden de prioridades entre los objetivos generales del sistema económico, la política industrial buscará la promoción del crecimiento y la eficacia del sistema industrial, creando una condiciones favorables a la expansión, estimulando la adaptación y la movilidad de la mano de obra y, por encima de todo, fomentando la reconversión tecnológica y la innovación en búsqueda del incremento de la productividad y de la competitividad.
